C8 MCT oil
The C8 MCT oil consists of pure MCT C8 oil, which is a medium-chain fatty acid with 8 carbon atoms and has a minimum content of 99% caprylic acid.
Palm oil vs coconut oil
Our coconut MCT oil consists of 100% coconut oil, while the MCT C8 oil has a caprylic acid content of 99%.
Application of C8 oil
C8 oil is ideal for adding to coffee, tea, smoothies and shakes. It can also be used as an ordinary cooking oil for salads
Dosage
For beginners, we recommend dosing C8 MCT oil carefully and starting with a maximum of 2 teaspoons per day. The dosage can be gradually increased to 3 to 4 tablespoons per day.
Note
It is important to note that medium-chain fatty acids are not suitable for frying food.
Storage
Store the C8 MCT oil tightly closed in a cool, dry place and keep it out of the reach of children.
